Job description

The selected candidate will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the development activities across multiple Salesforce platforms.
This role will involve leading a development team, conducting research, and working closely with architects to evaluate and document new design integrations and practices.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development team in the creation and testing of components, resolving any code and configuration-based issues.
  • Guide the team in researching new Salesforce capabilities and reviewing existing platform-related issues.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Core Salesforce capabilities such as Apex LWCs flows triggers complex formulas workflows and security.
  • Participate in agile practices and ceremonies, including scrum team planning sessions, user story refinement, and daily status updates.
  • Enhance DevOps processes, pipelines, monitoring, and test automation.
  • Understand and implement enterprise cross-system integration concepts, such as processing events and interacting with APIs.
  • Evaluate products/solutions including Salesforce capabilities and third-party vendor offerings - for the domain by creating prototypes as a means to elicit, clarify, and design towards business goals.
  • Develop and document development patterns and best practices for consumption by the technical delivery organization.
  • Mentor technical delivery staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years technical and business work experience developing applications utilizing Salesforce.com platform Salesforce toolkit and Force.com platform technologies: custom objects, controllers & triggers and workflows, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOAP/REST based web services, and legacy Visualforce.
  • Minimum of 2 years leading Salesforce-based development activities including design
Qualifications
  • Experience integrating Sales and Service Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce applications utilizing API and event-driven technologies (e.g., Kafka or Google Pub/Sub) in a production environment
  • Experience developing and deploying Apex classes as REST based web services
  • Previously demonstrated project leadership on small to mid-size projects involving the Salesforce platform.
