Job Title: Intern Associate, Interiors (Fall 2026)

Role Overview

As an Intern Associate, Interiors, you will support the interior design team by assisting with and contributing to active design projects. The ideal candidate is part of a student co-op rotational program and able to work either the spring, summer or fall quarter. You must have a passion for interior design, a positive attitude and unafraid to ask questions. This role is an opportunity to learn and show your talent and initiative. You will work cooperatively with a team lead to support designers, library work, and vendor management.

What You Can Expect this Fall
  • Collaborate and suggest solutions to solve interior design challenges creatively.
  • Exposure to preparation of plans and elevations during multiple phases of design. Opportunity to assist with the selection of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE) including materials and finishes.
  • May have opportunities to work with designers on projects under design and installation.
  • Organize and maintain product library and material samples.
  • Coordinate vendor visits, set up, and clean up.
  • Develop relationships and build camaraderie with your peers, senior designers and leaders.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain effective communication.
  • Research materials, and color palettes, and prepare palette boards for presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Education

  • Minimum of 2 years of college completed.
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's level interior design program
