Interim HealthCare is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Human Resources Representative to join our Augusta office. This position plays a vital role in supporting our caregivers, office staff, and leadership team by assisting with onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and daily HR operations. Responsibilities:
• Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork, orientation coordination, and compliance tracking
• Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality of HR records
• Provide support to employees by answering HR-related questions and assisting with workplace concerns
• Coordinate background checks, credential verification, and pre-employment requirements
• Assist with maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
• Support staff training initiatives and development programs
