How much do intelligence planner jobs pay per year?

As of Jun 14, 2026, the average yearly pay for intelligence planner in the United States is $82,592.00, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $70,000.00 and $85,000.00 per year, depending on experience, location, and employer.

What jobs pay 500,000 a year in the US?

High-level executive roles such as CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite positions often reach or exceed $500,000 annually, especially in large corporations. Certain specialized professions like top-tier investment bankers, successful entrepreneurs, and some highly experienced professionals in technology or law can also earn this level of income, often supplemented by bonuses, stock options, or profit sharing.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of an Intelligence Planner?

As an Intelligence Planner, your daily responsibilities often include analyzing intelligence data, developing actionable plans to address security threats, and coordinating with analysis and operations teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. You may also participate in briefings, collaborate on strategic assessments, and update planning documents based on new information. Effective communication and attention to detail are key, as you'll frequently translate complex intelligence findings into clear recommendations for decision-makers. In many organizations, you can expect to work in a secure environment, often as part of a multidisciplinary team handling sensitive or classified information.

Which 3 jobs will survive AI?

Intelligence planners are likely to continue to find roles in strategic analysis, policy development, and decision support, as these tasks require complex judgment, contextual understanding, and human oversight. Jobs that involve high-level critical thinking, creativity, and interpersonal skills are less susceptible to automation. Skills in data analysis, critical reasoning, and experience with intelligence tools will remain valuable in these roles.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

An intelligence planner typically requires specialized skills and experience, and such roles often pay well, but earning $10,000 a month without a degree is uncommon. High-paying jobs without a degree usually involve skilled trades, sales, or entrepreneurship, but these may not reach that specific income level consistently. Most roles with this income level generally require experience, certifications, or advanced training rather than formal degrees.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Intelligence Planner position, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Intelligence Planner, you need expertise in intelligence analysis, operational planning, and knowledge of security protocols, often supported by a degree in intelligence studies, international relations, or a related field. Familiarity with intelligence gathering tools, analytical software, and systems like DCGS or Palantir, as well as security clearances, is typically expected. Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills help you work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and brief senior leaders. These competencies are crucial to creating actionable intelligence strategies that support organizational or national security objectives.
