Job Title: Intelligence Lead, SME Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Outside Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking an experienced Intelligence Lead, SME to support logistics operations across the Indo-Pacific. The Intelligence Lead, SME serves as CACI's senior intelligence professional responsible for planning, integrating, and directing intelligence support activities that enhance operational planning, logistics readiness, mission execution, and decision-making. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position provides strategic intelligence leadership by integrating all-source intelligence, collection management, and operational assessments to support Government priorities across distributed and contested environments. The Intelligence Lead, SME works closely with Government stakeholders, operational planners, logistics personnel, mission partners, and intelligence organizations to ensure timely intelligence support, operational awareness, and informed decision-making. This position enables mission success by synchronizing intelligence activities with operational requirements, identifying emerging threats and risks, and supporting planning across multiple organizations and locations. Responsibilities: * Lead intelligence planning and integration supporting logistics and operational missions.
* Provide all-source intelligence analysis to support operational planning and decision-making.
* Coordinate intelligence collection requirements with Government customers and mission partners.
* Integrate intelligence products into logistics , operational, and contingency planning activities.
* Assess operational risks, threats, and environmental factors affecting mission execution.
* Synchronize intelligence support across Joint, interagency, coalition, and partner organizations.
* Develop intelligence estimates, threat assessments, and operational briefings.
* Support crisis response, contingency operations, and time-sensitive mission requirements.
* Coordinate with intelligence, operations, logistics , and communications personnel to maintain operational awareness. Ensure intelligence reporting supports mission planning, execution, and after-action assessments.
* Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection priorities and analytical solutions.
* Prepare and present executive-level intelligence briefings to Government leadership.
* Lead multidisciplinary intelligence teams while mentoring analysts and collection professionals.
* Ensure compliance with intelligence oversight, security policies, and information handling requirements.
* Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned, intelligence assessments, and emerging analytical capabilities. Qualifications: Required: * Bachelors Degree
* Minimum 1 5 years of experience supporting military intelligence, intelligence operations, collection management, or operational planning.
* Experience supporting Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.
* Experience leading intelligence planning, all-source analysis, and intelligence integration supporting operational missions.
* Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government and military leadership on intelligence assessments and operational risks.
* Active TS/SCI Clearance Desired: * Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, International Relations, Military Science, Political Science, Homeland Security, or a related field.
* Experience supporting Special Operations Forces, Geographic Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, or interagency organizations.
* Experience utilizing intelligence systems, collection management tools, geospatial information systems, or common operational picture platforms.
* Professional certifications such as Joint Intelligence Planner (JIP), PMP, Security+, Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA), or equivalent intelligence or program management certifications are preferred. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
