  • Direct experience developing threat concepts of operation and/or courses of action in support of Joint or Service Component Operational Planning efforts
  • Deep knowledge of foreign military organizations, platforms, and systems (air, land, maritime, space, cyber, or multi-domain)
  • Demonstrated ability to structure unclassified and classified intelligence into data-driven, model-ready formats
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing to senior technical and government audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a small, high-performance team environment

  • Experience with operational military exercises or wargames
  • 2+ years of experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) techniques and tools
  • Experience developing or working with order of battle (OOB) databases, force posture models, or equipment catalogs
  • Knowledge of ontologies, data schemas, or knowledge graphs in a defense or intelligence context
