We are seeking a dynamic Module Engineering Manager to join our New Mexico operations and lead our manufacturing excellence initiatives. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide cutting-edge product transfers, drive operational improvements, and shape the future of semiconductor manufacturing while building and developing high-performing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams of module and manufacturing operations engineers

  • Drive product transfer and ramp activities for new technologies into high-volume production

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience in a specialized field.

- 4+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience with a master's degree, or no experience required with a PhD. Relevant experience can be:

  • Focus on driving operational improvements.
  • Managing performance and building effective teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience in any of the following:

  • Lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
  • Developing the capabilities of diverse teams and fostering an inclusive, innovative culture.
  • Track record of handling complex manufacturing challenges and delivering on key operational indicators.
