Key Responsibilities:

  • Define process integration roadmaps to meet technology transfer requirements, goals, and milestones
  • Establish flow, procedures, and equipment configurations for manufacturing modules
  • Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data using statistics, coding techniques, and machine learning to extract actionable insights
  • Lead yield improvement activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address root causes of low yield
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to prevent quality and yield excursions in manufacturing processes
  • Perform quality and reliability risk assessments for manufacturing materials and process changes
  • Support defect and parametric measurements in startup and high-volume manufacturing environments

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field with knowledge or 1+ year of experience in process integration, project management, or manufacturing, with demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience. Relevant experience or knowledge can be:
    • Machine learning techniques and statistical methodologies.
    • Interpret and synthesize complex data into actionable plans.
