        Planificacion de la demanda de becarios y coordinacion de la contratacion en colaboracion con los departamentos correspondientes

        Ejecucion de todo el proceso de reclutamiento, seleccion e integracion de los practicantes

        Realizacion de entrevistas en espanol, aleman e ingles

        Comunicacion y correspondencia diaria con solicitantes y universidades

        Preseleccion de los candidatos, asi como la seleccion final de los solicitantes en colaboracion con los departamentos correspondientes

        Publicacion de ofertas de empleo y practicas

        Tramitacion de los contratos y seguros como tambien la gestion de pagos de las becas

        Asesoramiento y ayuda a los becarios

        Realizacion de entrevistas para practicas

        Evaluacion de puestos de pasante
