Job description

Job Title: Workday Integration Specialist - Finance & Supply Chain

We are seeking a Workday Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Workday integrations and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations from scratch using Studio, Connectors, and EIBs.
  • Build and optimize complex Workday reports, including BIRT, Composite, and Calculated Field-based reports.
  • Lead requirements gathering, design discussions, testing, and deployment for Workday integrations and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Finance and SCM processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Contribute to solutioning beyond defined requirements, applying problem-solving skills to enhance Workday capabilities.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

  • Must-have: Proven experience developing multiple Workday integrations and reports independently.
  • Workday Pro Certification is preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of Finance or Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a plus.
  • Experience with Prism and Extend is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, gather requirements, and drive discussions.
  • A collaborative team player who can work across departments and support the team.
  • A problem solver who thinks beyond standard development tasks and contributes to innovative solutions.
