About the Role
Boelter is seeking a Director of Integration, Analytics & AI Solutions to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of our enterprise integration, analytics, and AI capabilities. This leader will oversee SAP integrations, EDI operations, customer integrations, Microsoft Fabric, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled solutions - partnering closely with Operations and Digital leadership to drive growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
What You'll Lead
  • Enterprise Integration - Own the integration strategy and architecture across SAP, customer, supplier, and internal systems.
  • EDI & Customer Integration - Lead the team managing EDI operations, customer onboarding, and custom integration solutions.
  • Analytics Platform Leadership - Drive the roadmap for Microsoft Fabric and enterprise analytics, enabling data-driven decisions org-wide.
  • AI Innovation & Adoption - Set AI strategy, drive tool adoption, and build governance frameworks balancing innovation and security.
  • Strategic Business Partnership - Act as a technology advisor to Operations and Digital teams, aligning roadmaps with business goals.
  • Leadership & Delivery - Build and mentor a high-performing team; manage portfolios, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years in enterprise software, integrations, analytics, or architecture; 5+ years leading technical teams.
  • Experience with SAP-centric environments, enterprise integration platforms/EDI, and analytics tools (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
