We are looking for a strong operational leader to oversee our Receiving & Intake functions and help drive performance across the warehouse.ย 

Position Overviewย 

The Receiving & Intake Supervisorย is responsible forย leading daily warehouse receiving and intake operations while managing a team of 10+ employees. This role requires a decisive, experienced operations professional who understands warehouse workflows, process improvement, and team development.ย 

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, leads by example, and is committed to creating efficiencies, reducing operational costs, and supporting cross-functional business needs through training and collaboration.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Supervise and lead all Receiving & Intake warehouse operationsย ย 
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 10 or more employeesย ย 
  • Drive accountability, productivity, and performance across the departmentย ย 
  • Ensureย accurateย andย timelyย receiving, intake processing, and inventory handlingย ย 
  • Develop and implement operational efficiencies to improve throughput and reduce costsย ย 
  • Support and promote LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement practicesย ย 
  • Cross-trainย team members and collaborate with other operational departments to support business demandsย ย 
  • Monitor KPIs, labor productivity, quality metrics, and operational performanceย ย 
  • Identifyย process bottlenecks and implement solutions proactivelyย ย 
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environmentย ย 
  • Partner with leadership to support company growth and operational scalabilityย ย 

Qualificationsย 

  • 3โ€“5+ years of warehouse or operations leadership experienceย ย 
  • Proven experience supervising teams of 10+ employeesย ย 
  • Strong operational knowledge in receiving, intake,ย logistics, or warehouse workflowsย ย 
  • Experience working in a LEAN or continuous improvement environment preferredย ย 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people, build teams, and develop talentย ย 
  • Decisive leadership style with strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsย ย 
  • Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple operational areas as business needs evolveย ย 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skillsย ย 
  • Experience in electronics refurbishment, reverseย logistics, or technology operations is a plusย ย
