Reports to: Managing Attorney

  • Obtain commission payment information from real estate agents involved in transactions.
  • Maintain consistent, timely, and professional communication with clients and staff regarding file status.
  • Engage in phone conversations with clients and promptly respond to emails from clients and staff.
  • Ensure the system is updated with all relevant email and phone communications.
  • Escalate any issues affecting closing dates to attorneys or closers.
  • Drive closing performance, meet closing dates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the title department to resolve title issues.
