Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their cases, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today! Success measured and bonus structure tied to appointments being booked. The more effort put in will output more bonus money. Responsibilities: • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner • Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files • Quickly assess the need the potential client has for our services. • Move through the call efficiently while adhering to a workflow. Qualifications: • Strong computer and data entry skills • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy • Previous legal experience highly valued • Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
