Job description

The position has two shift options which requires availability Mon-Fri 12:00pm to 9:00pm in addition to rotational weekends and holidays or Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm in addition to rotational weekends and holidays.


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the intake process for personal injury cases, ensuring exceptional client service from initial contact through case evaluation.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a compassionate and professional introduction to our firm.
  • Conduct initial client interviews and intake assessments to gather relevant information regarding personal injury claims, ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Evaluate the information provided by potential clients employing personal injury knowledge to determine case viability, aligning with the firm's standards and expertise.
  • Set expectations with the potential client by briefly explaining the process of their case, timeframes and answering any pertinent questions.
  • Document and maintain accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Send required documentation to client for signatures and actively follow up until documentation is signed and returned.
  • Refer the client for treatment, obtain accident reports and additional pertinent information.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1 year of experience of in personal injury law and legal procedures.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, customer service, or sales.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions.
