Full Time | Personal Injury / Workers' Compensation
Dunwoody, Georgia
MW Talent is partnering with a law firm in Dunwoody, Georgia, to hire an Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping people and working in a client-focused environment.
Schedule and Work Environment
• 4 days in office, 1 day work from home
• Full-time schedule
• Paid time off and all official holidays observed
• No health insurance provided
What You Will Do
• Answer incoming calls and speak with potential clients
• Gather and document case information accurately
• Schedule consultations and follow up with leads
• Maintain detailed intake notes and client records
