Join Milanes Insurance Group a GEICO LOCAL OFFICE ,as a Personal Lines Producer, where you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients protect their most valuable assets. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the dynamic Miami, FL insurance market.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their personal insurance needs.
  • Provide expert advice on personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, and umbrella policies.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Prepare and present quotes to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Manage the policy renewal process and proactively address client inquiries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to enhance client offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and manage leads effectively.

Requirements:

  • Valid Florida insurance license in property and casualty.
  • Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales or customer service.

  • Proficiency in using insurance software and CRM systems.
