About the Role
We're looking for a full-time AI Software Sales Representative to join our team at our Warminster, Pennsylvania office. You'll be setting appointments, qualifying inbound leads, and booking demos for our sales team. Whether you're a recent grad looking to break into tech, making a career switch from hospitality, recruiting, or customer service, or already in sales and ready for a role with real growth potential, this role was built for you.
You'll be the first voice prospects hear after they show interest, responding to demo requests, qualifying leads from our marketing campaigns, and booking meetings with Account Executives. This is where you'll master the fundamentals: understanding our product, learning to qualify leads, and developing the communication skills that make top salespeople.
This is a position with a clear career path. Successful reps get promoted to Sales Development Representative (SDR), and from there to Account Executive. If you're ready to grow, we'll give you the opportunities to prove yourself.
What You'll Do
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from website forms, live chat, and marketing campaigns
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and confirming fit with Pitchbox
  • Schedule demos and discovery calls with Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM
  • Follow up with leads who aren't ready to book immediately
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting targets
  • Learn the product inside and out. This knowledge will fuel your growth
