Licensed Insurance Sales

John Thompson - Allstate Agency located in Newman, GA is hiring a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Professional who knows how to sell not just take orders. This is an in-office position designed for a self-motivated closer who values real conversations, builds rapport quickly, and confidently overcomes objections to close business.

Prior Allstate experience, sales team leader and/or sales trainer experience is strongly preferred. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:

  1. Must have an active Georgia Property & Casualty license.
  2. Must be able to commute to our agency office located at 37 Calumet Pkwy, Ste F103, Newnan, GA 30263.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell personal lines insurance (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella)
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations and close new business
  • Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale
  • Work inbound leads while maintaining strong outbound call activity
  • Follow up consistently and manage a full sales pipeline
  • Contribute to team premium and item count goals
  • Drive sales results

Required Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Allstate, insurance sales, and/or sales training experience preferred.
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Self-directed, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely when eligible
  • Leadership mindset or experience training/coaching sales teams is a plus

Compensation & Earnings Potential

  • Base Salary: $32,000 $36,000 plus Unlimited Commission

Realistic Annual Earnings:

  • Average Producer: $64k+
  • Top Producer: $84k+
  • Elite Producer: $96k+

Team Bonus Program (given monthly when the team meets certain goals or Total Items and Premium):

  • Team-based bonus paid per person:
  • Tier 1: $250
  • Tier 3: $750
  • Based on total premium and item count goals

  • 32 hours PTO after 90 days
  • Year 1: 1 week paid vacation + 32 hours PTO (9 days total)
  • Year 2: 2 weeks paid vacation + 32 hours PTO (14 days total)
