Good Feet Midwest is one of the fastest-growing franchises of The Good Feet Store, with more than 45 locations across the Midwest and South and plans to double in size over the next 3-5 years. We are excited to share we are opening a new location in Valparaiso in winter 2026! 
We're seeking a Sales Manager who can build a winning team, drive store performance, and help customers improve their quality of life through a proven consultative sales process.

Store Hours
Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM 
Our whole sales team works weekends and has 2 days off during the week.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
  • Ability to reach overhead into shelving units to maintain inventory
  • Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
