We want a full time Sales Manager who is self-motivated, sales driven, and enjoys coaching and building a sales team to meet their full potential. We want a competitive sales manager that can lead with integrity who will hire, train sales associates for success, and continually coach and close sales when needed and selling alongside the sales team.


Current Minimum Potential: $120,000

Current Maximum Potential: $160,000


Requirements

We are seeking assertive, results-oriented individuals. The ideal person is motivated and quick paced to oversee the sales floor and have the position to impact.

  • High energy, passionate, and the willingness to have fun!
  • Strong teaching, and training skills preferred, but not required
  • Ability to build relationships with guests and make a friend
  • Ability to work a set schedule up to and including weekends
