Seasoned Data Modernization Program Manager to lead largescale enterprise data transformation initiatives This role will drive endtoend modernization from legacy platforms eg SSIS SQL Server to modern cloudbased architectures eg Snowflake while acting as the primary interface between business stakeholders data engineering teams and leadership

Experience

15 years of experience in Data  Analytics  Data Engineering  Program Management

Proven experience managing large data modernization  migration programs

Strong experience in Insurance domain PC preferred

Exposure to AIdriven data engineering  automation frameworks

Experience transitioning programs into Managed Services MSM models

Strong program management experience multimillion programs preferred

Proven ability to manage distributed teams onshoreoffshore

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of

Snowflake data warehousing performance cost optimization

SSIS  legacy ETL platforms

Data migration frameworks and tools

Exposure to

Cloud platforms Azure  AWS

ELTETL orchestration data pipelines CICD

Data quality governance and validation frameworks

Lead governance forums Executive Program Reviews WSR budgeting MOC

Governance Risk  Compliance

Establish strong program governance reporting cadence and escalation management

Identify and mitigate risks related to data migration downstream integration and performance

Ensure compliance with regulatory audit and data governance standards

Practice Leadership  Solutioning

Act as data practice anchor for the account

Support solutioning estimations and SOW development for supplemental data programs

Drive standardization best practices and continuous improvement
