Insurity’s Next Program Manager
This position will drive the delivery of software and services to insurance customers while reporting to the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) at Insurity. Our Program Managers run multiple complex projects simultaneously to support the successful implementation of new applications and systems based on business and customer
objectives.
 
What Our Program Manager Will Do 
  • Developing detailed project plans
  • Constructing Work Breakdown Structures
  • Report status of plan, and track change controls, risks, and issues for that plan
  • Maintain and monitor project plan execution
  • Provide input on financial and resourcing aspects of the plan
Who We’re Looking For 
  • 8 years’ experience
  • Project Experience:
    • Multi-project or workstream focused  > 10,000 hours
    • Custom/Complex Integrations/ Conversions; avg. 18+ mos. in duration
    • Average team size 20+ people, including cross organization and vendor 
      teams, SI management
    • Insurance Experience: 
      • 5 years required
      • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
      • MBA or Master’s degree preferred
      • PMP certification preferred

Languages for Québec candidates: The knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec. The English language is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues, who are strictly located outside of Québec. French-language training will be offered to candidates who do not have a good knowledge of French.
