About the Role

Director of Program Management – responsible for high‑visibility, multi‑disciplinary program deliveries for large‑scale infrastructure solutions. You will lead cross‑functional teams delivering complex hardware, software, and services to external customers under contract, and be the trusted interface between customers, engineering, supply chain, and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with customer‑side program directors, senior IT leaders, and business stakeholders responsible for integration and accountability for large‑scale investments.
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of high revenue programs (including data‑center builds, HPC/cloud deployments, complex software integrations, handover to sustaining support), ensuring scope, schedule, quality and profitability.
  • Lead teams of program managers, project managers, and technical teams – set strategy, coach talent, measure performance, and prioritize investments in the face of uncertainty.
  • Translate between technical and business stakeholders; communicate clearly at all levels and drive alignment when expectations must be reinforced or reset.
  • Coordinate across teams responsible for construction/project management, software/service delivery, manufacturing and supply chain to remove blockers and keep programs on track.
  • Be the primary point of accountability for customer commitments, contracts and statements of work.
  • Provide ongoing communication to key stakeholders, develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders, supporting team members, and the broader business.
  • Lead from the front, dig into challenging issues alongside team members when needed, and delegate with intention to build scalable capability and leadership in the extended team.
Qualifications
  • Prior people‑management experience with a desire to focus on program development and delivery.
  • Demonstrated track record delivering complex, contract‑based solutions to external paying customers (hardware + software + services).
  • Experience balancing very complex programs that include construction/project management, technical discovery, large‑scale hardware/software/service delivery as an integrated offering – comfortable moving from data‑center planning to software requirements and factory/supply‑chain reconciliation.
  • Experience working and leading in an environment with a high degree of uncertainty, embracing the spirit of “I don’t know, but let’s figure it out together.”
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to translate across disciplines and lead difficult conversations.
  • Domain experience with high‑performance computing, cloud infrastructure at scale, data‑center planning, and complex software integration.
  • Experience as a doer or subject‑matter expert in facilities engineering, compute hardware installation, large‑scale system bring‑up, software integration and configuration/localization, services delivery, and a drive to extend knowledge into progressively more complex program management.
