SUMMARY

The Program Manager of Operations is responsible for driving strategic cross-functional initiatives. This individual contributor role will be a key component in aligning people, processes, and systems across different departments. The person in this role will own and manage operational initiatives to deliver them on time, with high quality, to pre-defined success metrics, and in a repeatable manner that will enable efficiency, accountability, and scalability across all of Finalsite.


LOCATION

100% Remote - Anywhere within the US

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional programs focused on operational alignment, process optimization, and future-state planning

  • Map current-state operational processes across teams and propose future-state models to support solutions

  • Identify gaps and redundancies in workflows, tools, and process; propose scalable solutions

  • Collaborate with external departments and other key stakeholders to define program goals, success metrics, and timelines

  • Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication for initiatives in flight

  • Support the development of RACI models and governance structures for key operational activities

  • Utilize frameworks for accountability and continuous improvement to translate analytics into actionable recommendations

  • Act as a connector across departments, driving alignment on shared priorities and handoffs

  • Track KPIs for initiative success and business-wide operational performance

  • Support post-mortem reviews and lessons learned to refine operational strategies

  • Develop and execute a scalable vendor management strategy aligned with organizational goals, budget, and compliance requirements.

  • Aide in vendor selection processes, including RFPs/RFIs, cost-benefit analyses, and contract negotiation in partnership with department owners, Legal and Security.

  • Ensure all vendors have been reviewed by the Security and Legal teams with proper vendor setup and PO management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • 5+ years in program manager role in B2B SaaS or technology environment

  • Demonstrated success leading initiatives

  • Proven ability to build scalable processes and operate with high attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management - able to influence without authority

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Experience with business operations frameworks (e.g., OKRs, RACI, etc) a plus

  • Comfort with data: building business cases, ROI models, and performance reporting
