Job description

Join a team that is shaping how employees experience work every day. As an Employee Experience Design Lead, Advisor, you will help translate employee feedback into meaningful actions that strengthen engagement, improve outcomes, and create a more connected and engaged workplace. In this role, you will partner across HR and the business to activate insights, support leaders, and contribute to a culture where employees feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of employee experience activation efforts by translating feedback into clear, actionable plans that improve engagement outcomes

  • Support targeted listening temperature checks, focus groups, and employee forums to capture real-time sentiment and insights

  • Support development and distribution of manager tools, resources, and messaging that help them effectively respond to employee feedback and lead engagement efforts

  • Partner with Sr. Design Leads, HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to implement targeted engagement and recovery plans aligned to enterprise priorities

  • Coordinate and deliver activation campaigns, ensuring timelines, communications, and deliverables are aligned across stakeholders

  • Assist in developing clear and consistent communications that reinforce "what we heard" and "what we're doing" to close feedback loops

  • Track participation, feedback, and outcomes to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making

  • Maintain strong organization of program activities, insights, and follow-up actions to ensure accountability and progress

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, employee experience, engagement, or organizational development

  • Experience supporting programs, projects, or initiatives within a corporate or HR environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable outputs

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on follow-through and execution

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to employee listening strategies, communications, or change initiatives

  • Experience supporting manager enablement efforts such as toolkits, talking points, or training materials

  • Ability to synthesize feedback and identify trends to inform actions and recommendations

  • Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across HR and business teams

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,800 - 161,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
