**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience supporting ACAT I, Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs), or other large-scale Department of Defense programs requiring coordination between program management, engineering, cost, schedule, logistics, and test organizations.
  • Experience integrating financial management, Earned Value Management (EVM), scheduling, and program execution data to support risk-informed decision making, affordability analysis, and accelerated delivery of operational capability.
  • Experience supporting complex Battlespace Integration, Integrated Combat Systems, or other Navy warfare system programs involving coordination across systems engineering, acquisition, financial management, scheduling, and operational stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Systems Engineering principles and lifecycle integration, including experience supporting Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Digital Engineering, Agile Development, or integration of technical and programmatic execution activities across acquisition phases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ten (10) years of project management experience with five (5) years involving Federal Government programs.
  • Active Secret clearance required, TS/SCI preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct challenging projects and execute assignments independently within the scope of the contract.
  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative oversight, corporate management and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable program management/process improvement certifications are highly desirable but not required.
  • Experience leveraging data analytics, automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled tools, or advanced scheduling and reporting environments to improve program execution visibility, schedule forecasting, or resource management is highly desirable.
