Program Manager – NASA SEWP VI
 
Key Responsibilities
Based on industry listings and onboarding guidance, the Program Manager’s duties include  
1. Program Leadership & Contract Management
  • Lead execution of the SEWP VI contract, ensuring delivery of customer task orders.
  • Serve as the primary interface with NASA’s SEWP Program Management Office (PMO), federal customers, industry partners, and internal leadership.
  • Manage program planning, staffing, financial performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop program metrics, executive reports, and customer briefings.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, NASA FAR Supplement (NFS), and SEWP ordering procedures.
  • Oversee contract reporting, ordering guides, and customer communications.
  • Coordinate technical exchanges, program reviews, and Statement of Work (SOW) development.
2. Business Development & Growth
  • Support customer engagement, capture planning, proposal development, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build relationships with NASA, DoD, civilian agencies, and industry partners.
  • Promote customer satisfaction through responsive communication and high-quality delivery.
3. Compliance & Operational Oversight
  • Maintain the SEWP Control Number (SSCN) for all orders.
  • Ensure adherence to the Database of Record and “zero tolerance” conduct policies.
  • Verify quotes and orders through required verification processes.
 
Skills & Experience
Successful candidates have:
  • Experience as a NASA SEWP V Program Manager
  • Strong federal procurement experience, including GWAC/IDIQ contracts.
  • Expertise in IT, communications, cybersecurity, cloud, and systems integration.
  • Ability to balance operational excellence with strategic business development.
  • Experience with government contracting regulations and cross-functional leadership
