SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Deputy Program Manager.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORPis seeking a Deputy Program Manager to provide operational leadership andadministrative depth for the Maritime Position, Navigation and Timing (mPNT)contract. The Deputy Program Manager serves as the primary alternate for theProgram Manager (PM), ensuring continuity of leadership for comprehensiveengineering, technical, and management support services for surface andsubmarine platforms. This role focuses on the tactical execution of theprogram, maintaining high standards of workmanship and adherence to schedulefor all developmental, production, and in-service engineering tasks.
Job ResponsibilitiesInclude:
  • Operational Continuity: Serve as the designated backup to the Program Manager, assuming full authority and responsibility for program direction in their absence to ensure uninterrupted support to Navy stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning Support: Contribute to the formulation of long-range plans and technical approaches for naval navigation architectures.
  • Resource Coordination: Monitor the day-to-day allocation of technical staff and engineering resources, ensuring alignment with program priorities, financial planning and project deadlines.
  • Integrated Risk Monitoring: Track technical and schedule risks across engineering and program support activities, identifying early warning signs and proposing corrective actions.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain active communication channels with Government personnel and internal technical teams to facilitate the exchange of information regarding surface and subsurface navigation systems.
  • Compliance Oversight: Review program deliverables for governance and compliance, ensuring all products meet established operational specifications and engineering requirements.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Coordinate the collection of project data to prepare comprehensive status reports, activity summaries, and technical correspondence.
  • Process Management: Supervise the administrative and logistical aspects of research, development, and engineering analysis tasks to ensure consistent performance monitoring.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor'slevel degree in any technical or managerial discipline
Experience:
Deputy Program Manager I (MANP1): 5 years of professional experience in program/project management.
Deputy Program Manager II (MANP2): 10 years of professional experience in program/project management.
Deputy Program Manager III (MANP3): 15 years of professional experience in program/project management.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship.
