As an In House Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for the promotion of booking eligible onsite guests to attend the HGV presentation or the selling of a vacation package to HGV resort.
Responds to guests in a timely manner and represents HGV's Cultural Values while demonstrating Customer Services based on HGV Values.

Responsibilities
  • Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests that meet tour site qualifications determined by the marketing managers.
  • Completes required paperwork accurately and disposition is entered in CRM tool (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce) for each customer contact and tour.
  • Provides location related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific assistance or information.
  • Maintains established Minimum Performance Standard on monthly basis.
  • Reviews production reports and advises MOD in writing on any challenges within the month the tour shows or package is sold.
  • Contacts all guests through onsite call campaigns through company CRM systems.
  • Provides information to Fulfillment Department to accurately assist with offering the guest the ability to be pre-gifted as a service prior to tour.

Qualifications
To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • 1+ year of face-to-face consumer sales/marketing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
  • Must be highly driven and a self-starter
  • Detailed understanding of local area

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
