Boutique Hotel | Multi-Outlet Operation
$110,000 Base Salary + Annual Bonus Opportunity of up to 35%

We're seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at one of our boutique hotel properties.
If you're a hands-on culinary leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, creating exceptional guest experiences, and driving culinary excellence across multiple outlets, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Lead all culinary operations across multiple food and beverage outlets and banquet operations.
  • Develop seasonal menus that balance creativity, quality, and profitbility.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and consistency.
  • Manage food and labor costs, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Partner with hotel leadership to enhance the guest experience and drive operational success.

Qualifications
  • Executive Chef experience in a full-service hotel, resort, or upscale multi-outlet restaurant.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop culinary teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs.
  • Passion for quality, consistency, and hospitality.
