We are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support several top executives. This position reports to the Chief of Staff and plays a pivotal role in ensuring our executives can operate at peak efficiency and effectiveness. Duties and responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage complex and ever-changing executive calendars.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage and track expenses and reimbursements.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external company events.
  • Organize and manage sponsorships.
  • Manage spreadsheets and databases.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Any other reasonable requirements of the employer

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 3 years proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting multiple executives.
