Position Summary:

RLM Underground is looking for a Telecom Construction Supervisor with some prior underground or aerial telecom experience to support our growing construction operations. This role is responsible for overseeing construction sites, ensuring employee and crew safety, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and homeowners. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance field oversight, quality control, and customer satisfaction.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction sites to ensure a high level of quality, safety, and compliance
  • Maintain strong customer and homeowner relations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist customers and homeowners with complaints, restoration concerns, and project questions
  • Guarantee that all work is performed in accordance with approved documents, standards, and procedures
  • Ensure projects are completed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner
  • Lead and direct ground crews daily, providing guidance and on-site decision-making
  • Develop accurate redlines, daily reports, and jobsite documentation
  • Manage jobsite procurement, including straw, seed, cutters, shovels, batteries, tarps, paint, and other materials
  • Monitor schedule updates and communicate changes as needed
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of job sites, company equipment, and vehicles
  • Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles, equipment, and active jobsites
  • Support a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism

Job Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $60K - $75K with an opportunity for quick advancement to a Construction Manager role.
