Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant for a contract to hire opportunity in Houston, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and excels at keeping executive operations running smoothly.

Executive Assistant Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the CEO's trusted right hand, providing comprehensive executive and personal support to maximize productivity and organizational efficiency. The ideal Executive Assistant is highly proactive, anticipates needs before they arise, manages multiple priorities with ease, and maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Manage a complex executive calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Coordinate business meetings, conference calls, and executive travel arrangements
Prepare meeting materials and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for daily activities
Screen, prioritize, and manage emails and executive correspondence
Communicate with internal leadership, vendors, and external business partners
