Job description

Job Title: Office Administrator

Company Overview: RAM Windows is an exciting and rapidly growing manufacturer and distributor of residential and commercial windows and doors. Since 1978, RAM has been the premier aluminum window and door manufacturer in Texas. Position: Office Administrator - Houston Office

Location: 5615 W Fuqua Street,Houston, TX 77085

Compensation: $22-$24

Job Summary: As an Office Administrator at RAM Windows and Doors, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall operations of our Houston office. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual capable of managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and contribute to the continued success of RAM.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Coordination:

    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
    • Act as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining records.
    • Assist in managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls to ensure effective communication.
  3. Facility Management:

    • Coordinate office maintenance and ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to meet the needs of the team.
  4. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate cross-functional communication and support team initiatives.
    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus.
  2. Experience:

    • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.

  3. Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
