Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in enabling the executive team to focus on strategic priorities by expertly managing calendars, travel, and daily operations. Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars with precision, balancing competing priorities, minimizing disruptions, and aligning engagements with strategic objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, ensuring seamless execution of multi-leg trips and adapting quickly to last-minute changes.
  • Represent the executive with professionalism and poise, acting as an extension of leadership in communications and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Protect time for strategic focus by thoughtfully structuring schedules to allow for deep work and decision-making.
  • Proactively manage long-term priorities, projects, and commitments to ensure the executive remains prepared for upcoming opportunities and demands.

Knowledge and Skills:
