Position: Customer Service Representative
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
