Job description

The Insurance Administrator role provides excellent customer service through the timely and accurate processing of insurance policies and vehicle registrations, including renewals, cancellations, and expirations, as well as maintain excellent interdepartmental relationships. 

Your role:

โ€ข Verify and ensure assets have proper insurance and registration in compliance with requirements.

โ€ข Review and process external insurance policies and registration documents, promptly updating our system to reflect accurate coverage.

โ€ข Proactively engage with insurance agents and customers to rectify non-compliant policies.

โ€ข Address insurance and registration cancellations with efficiency, contacting customers and/or insurance agents for timely reinstatements.

โ€ข Escalate insurance delinquencies to Collections following established procedures.

โ€ข Secure confirmation of insurance for assets ineligible for the Loss Damage Waiver program.

โ€ข Handle insurance-related correspondence using a variety of communication methods, including issuing letters, and final notifications.

โ€ข Provide prompt and informative responses to customer inquiries, maintaining a customer-centric approach.

โ€ข Manage the Loss Damage Waiver program for eligible leases, including quoting fees and processing enrollment or removal from the program throughout the lease term.

โ€ข Process Power of Attorney requests efficiently by taking consideration for provincial nuances and collaborate with provincial registry offices to resolve issues and ensure compliance Contribute as a collaborative team player, emphasizing process improvement and clear communication.
