Job Title: Admin Assistant I Location: Kalamazoo, MI Type: Contract Compensation: $20.00 - $22.50/hr Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40.0

Responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative assistance in day-to-day job activities
  • Administer general business office activities
  • Perform clerical tasks including mail, word processing, filing, order processing, telephone answering, and stationery supplies
  • Work within well-established guidelines

  • Minimum experience: 2+ years in an Administrative role
