Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team in Maple Grove. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing expert guidance, and helping clients find the right insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Assist customers with policy questions, updates, and service requests
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide professional, timely support
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in insurance preferred
  • Active insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
