What You'll Do:

Learning Strategy & Performance Consulting:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to conduct learning needs assessments, identify performance gaps, and define clear learning objectives tied to business outcomes.
  • Determine when training is the appropriate solution versus alternative interventions (e.g., job aids, process improvements, manager enablement).
  • Translate business priorities into structured learning strategies and curriculum roadmaps aligned to commercial goals.

Stakeholder & SME Partnership:

  • Lead collaboration with subject matter experts to curate content, validate accuracy, and ensure practical application of learning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leaders and business partners, setting expectations and guiding decisions throughout the design process.

Instructional Design & Development:

  • Design & develop engaging, interactive instructorled, virtual, blended, and digital learning experiences using sound instructional design methodology and adult learning principles.
  • Utilize learning technology such as Articulate 360 suite (Storyline and Rise) Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce and design learning content & assets.
  • Create learning objectives, content outlines, scripts, storyboards, and assessments that ensure alignment to desired behaviors and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Instructional Designer to ensure instructional intent, quality, and learner experience processes & standards are upheld & followed.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Define success measures and support evaluation of learning effectiveness and business impact.
  • Incorporate feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning solutions and learner outcomes.

Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design & Technology, Learning Experience Design, or Educational Technology
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience creating eLearning content, multimedia assets, or digital instructional materials.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Articulate suite, Camtasia and Adobe Photoshop & Creative Suite.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms, SCORM packaging, tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong foundation in adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and performance consulting.
  • Experience collaborating with sales leaders, SMEs, and crossfunctional partners.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Consultative partnership and influence.
  • Learner centric design mindset.
  • Attention to detail and instructional quality.
  • Bias for action and continuous improvement.
  •  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear manner.

  • Ability to take initiative, troubleshoot issues independently, and recommend improvements that enhance learner experience and visual impact.
  • Adaptability in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and evolving training needs.
What You'll Receive:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $92,000 to $115,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
