Job description

Closets by Design is a leading provider of custom closets, garage systems, home offices, pantries, and home organization solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Installation Operations Supervisor to join our leadership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing and mentoring people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This position is primarily office-based, with active involvement in daily installer support.
What You’ll Do
  •  Lead a team of 10–12 installers to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency 
  •  Provide real-time support for installation and product-related issues 
  •  Recruit, train, coach, and develop installation personnel 
  •  Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and installation quality 
  •  Coordinate scheduling, communication, and logistics with internal teams 
  •  Help create a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture 
What We’re Looking For
  •  2–4 years of experience in installation management, field operations, logistics, or related leadership roles 
  •  Strong customer service and problem-solving skills 
  •  Experience in cabinetry, closets, millwork, remodeling, or residential construction is a strong plus 
  •  Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees 
  •  Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  •  Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage operational details
