Closets by Design is a leading provider of custom closets, garage systems, home offices, pantries, and home organization solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Installation Operations Supervisor to join our leadership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing and mentoring people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This position is primarily office-based, with active involvement in daily installer support.
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • ย Lead a team of 10โ€“12 installers to ensure quality workmanship and efficiencyย 
  • ย Provide real-time support for installation and product-related issuesย 
  • ย Recruit, train, coach, and develop installation personnelย 
  • ย Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and installation qualityย 
  • ย Coordinate scheduling, communication, and logistics with internal teamsย
