ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing HVAC organization and lead a team of 16+ Installation Leads and 60+ installers across multiple locations. A high-growth company generating $75M+ in annual revenue is seeking an Installation Manager to drive installation performance, develop field leadership, and play a key role in the company's continued expansion.

Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 base salary plus performance-based incentives, with on-target earnings of approximately $120,000+ annually. High performers have the opportunity to directly influence their earnings through operational results and team performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and coach Installation Leads across multiple locations
  • Drive installation quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Sales and Operations teams to align installation capacity with demand
  • Monitor scheduling, workforce utilization, and job progress
  • Review labor performance, job costing, and material usage
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns when needed
  • Ensure workmanship, safety, and code compliance standards are maintained

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience leading HVAC, construction, mechanical, or installation operations
  • Experience managing supervisors, leads, and field personnel
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
