Local Residential HVAC Contractor in Phoenix is looking for a HVAC Installation Manager to oversee their retrofit/changeout department. HVAC Installation Manager Pay: $80,000 to 128,000 per year, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday | overtime as neededPrimary Duties of this role include: To manage the installation operations of the company, including the scheduling and dispatch of the crews. Clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead time. Oversee the training and efficiency of company installers. Implementation and enforcement of company's policies and procedures.
