America's Largest Exterior Home Remodeling Company is growing! Window World of Long Island of Long Island are currently seeking a motivated and organized Installation Operations Manager to join our family.
Window World of Long Island provides premium products, professional installations, and honest pricing. Our Project Managers are responsible for overseeing residential home improvement projects from the initial handoff through successful completion. This position serves as the key point of contact between our customers, sales team, installers, production department, and vendors to ensure every project is completed on time, correctly, and to the highest customer service standards.
You will coordinate multiple projects at various stages, communicate directly with homeowners, monitor installation progress, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience throughout their home improvement journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential home improvement projects from contract through completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project.
  • Conduct project handoffs with the sales team and review contracts, measurements, scope of work, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate project scheduling with customers, installers, production, and subcontractors.
  • Communicate installation schedules, project updates, and any changes to homeowners.
  • Perform pre-installation and post-installation inspections to ensure projects meet company standards.
  • Review measurements, product specifications, materials, and scope of work for accuracy.
  • Visit job sites as needed to monitor progress, quality, and workmanship.
  • Identify and resolve project issues quickly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with service and production teams to address any concerns or deficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and update project management systems.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding materials and product availability.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and within established scope.
  • Help manage customer expectations and provide solutions when challenges arise.
  • Conduct final project walkthroughs with homeowners when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service throughout the entire project.
  • Continue developing product and industry knowledge through ongoing training.
Qualifications:

  • Previous project management, construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience preferred.
  • Experience with windows, doors, siding, roofing, or other residential exterior products is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
