Job description

As Home Genius Exteriors continues to multiply our Midwest Markets, we're on track to install over $200M in Year 6 & in need of a highly skilled Install Manager to ensure our post-sale to final installation process remains top-tier while managing customer experience and vendor relationship within our Pittsburgh Market.

Requirements:

  • Frequent travel between multiple job sites within the Pittsburgh area
  • 2+ years of high level Construction Management experience
  • Extensive Exterior Home Improvement Experience
  • Experience with overseeing teams of Project Managers & building team culture
  • Professionalism is VERY important.
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Self-accountability & Extreme Ownership
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • HIGHLY evolved customer service skills

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for inspecting all aspects of the project to determine the scope of work.
  • Responsible for managing multiple crews, multiple people & multiple projects at once
  • Responsible for communicating the agreement between company and customer Identifies alternative courses of action needed, and negotiates directly with the customer to alter the specific terms of the plan as appropriate.
  • Analyzes all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain necessary permits.
  • Completes various administrative tasks as needed and assists in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between states as needed.
