WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry 50–100 lbs
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
  • Teamwork and communication skills

DAY-TO-DAY

This is a full-time HVAC installation position with shifts between 7 am–5 pm Monday through Friday within business hours, with weekend work, on-call rotations, and overtime opportunities available.


As our full-time Install Helper, you'll work side-by-side with experienced technicians, helping install furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and ductwork while learning the ins and outs of the trade. From measuring and assembling components to assisting with wiring, refrigerant lines, and system testing, you'll play a key part in bringing each HVAC project together. You'll help maintain safe, clean job sites, remove old equipment, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
