Assisting a Lead Installer, the Install helper will:

  • Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Design, fabricate and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
  • Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
  • Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.
  • Properly complete all paperwork required for each job.
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to be flexible in work schedule.
  • Valid, clean driver's License.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Must have own hand and power tools
