Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Countertop Install Helper to join our installation team. In this hands-on role, you will work side by side with experienced installers on residential and commercial job sites - supporting the delivery, preparation, and installation of countertops from start to finish.
No prior countertop experience is required. What matters most is a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to doing the job right. This is a great opportunity to build real skills and grow within the trade.
What You Will Do
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting countertop materials safely to job sites
  • Support the lead installer in preparing surfaces and materials, including cutting, polishing, and fitting
  • Carry tools and materials to and from the work area as needed throughout the day
  • Help ensure precise measurements and alignments during installation
  • Clean and organize job sites before and after installations
  • Follow all safety protocols and handle heavy and fragile materials with proper technique
  • Learn the fundamentals of countertop installation with opportunities to grow within the role

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in construction, cabinetry, or countertop installation is a plus - but not required
  • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 100 lbs using proper technique
  • Comfortable with basic hand tools and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and genuine commitment to quality workmanship
  • A team-first attitude with solid communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
