A well established home services company in Orem, Utah is hiring a Plumbing Install Lead to run residential repipes, water heater and softener installs, and larger plumbing projects. You will own the install from start to finish and direct a helper. This role offers a company vehicle, steady year round work, and a clear path to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential plumbing installs including repipes, water heaters, and water treatment
• Plan and execute larger plumbing projects to code
• Direct and mentor an install helper on site
• Coordinate with dispatch and homeowners on scheduling and scope
• Ensure each install passes inspection and meets company standards
• Keep the job site clean, safe, and professional

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 3 or more years of residential plumbing install experience
• Journeyman plumbing license in the state of Utah preferred
• Experience leading installs and directing a helper
• Strong knowledge of water heaters, repipes, and water treatment systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
