HVAC Install Helper

Bowmans HVAC is looking for a dependable Install Helper to join our growing team. This role supports our lead installers on residential and light‐commercial HVAC installations.

Requirements

  • Must have HVAC knowledge

  • Must have own tools

  • Minimum 2+ years install experience - no exceptions

  • Able to pass a drug test

  • Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Ability to work well with a team and follow direction
