 NOW HIRING             INSTALL COORDINATOR One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning & Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Install Coordinator to support both our HVAC and Plumbing departments. This position is critical to ensuring installations are scheduled, permitted, completed, and invoiced accurately while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule HVAC and Plumbing installation jobs
  • Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and permits
  • Communicate with customers before, during, and after installations
  • Verify job readiness and ensure all required materials are available
  • Track permits, inspections, and job progress
  • Review installation paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • Process job starts, final payments, and job closeouts
  • Work closely with dispatch, field managers, sales, and warehouse teams
  • Maintain installation schedules and production reports
Qualifications:
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Proficient with computers and office software
✔ Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Construction, or Home Services preferred
