Install Coordinator | $23-27 hourly | Reading, MA | Full-time

A local HVAC company, Cooling Unlimited, Inc., is looking to expand our office team with an Install Coordinator. We've been growing steadily since 1986, starting with just a single truck, and we currently serve Middlesex County.

Position Summary: As an HVAC Install Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth and efficient execution of residential HVAC installations, also acting as a central point of communication between field crews, office staff, vendors, and clients, helping to keep projects on schedule and customers informed throughout the process. This role is great for someone who likes variety in their tasks, stays organized and enjoys collaborating across teams.

Work Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm; occasional overtime may be required

Starting Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Experience with Service Titan or other trades software, highly preferred
  • Project coordination or similar experience, highly preferred
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Prior experience working with a multi-line phone system and managing customer calls
  • Familiarity with GPS or mapping software
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate daily installation schedules with the Install Manager
  • Prepare and organize job packets for upcoming installations
  • Create and manage sales and install packets
  • Schedule subcontractors, permits, and inspections as needed
  • Act as the main point of communication between installers, manager, customers, vendors, and office staff
  • Conduct follow-up calls after sales appointment and completed installations to ensure customers are satisfied
  • Contact customers regarding scheduling updates or changes
